Relaxing Sleep features Valerian prepared from the Certified Organic rhizome and root of Valeriana officinalis plants grown on Herb Pharm farms in southern Oregon. It also features Passionflower prepared from the flowering aerial parts (leaf, flower & stem) of Certified Organic Passiflora incarnata vines.

 

Suggested Use

Shake Well Before Using.

Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 1 hour before bed and again at bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

May be taken up to 4 times per day for general relaxation.*

Best taken between meals.

Excellent Quality. Excellent price. shipped quickly, if only we could say the same for the postal service. Works best when allowed to melt under the tongue or cheek instead of swallowing. I cut one troche into daily pieces for easier use and less mess. I will be ordering from here again when it is time.
