Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all online orders within the Continental US with subtotals over $100. This means that you can enjoy the convenience of having your favorite natural health products delivered right to your doorstep without any additional cost.

For orders with subtotals below $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 will be applied. This ensures that you can still receive your products at an affordable price.

Once your order is placed, you can expect to receive your package within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that orders placed by calling our office will continue to be processed with our regular shipping policy, where shipping fees apply. This change is designed to reward our patients for embracing our new online platform, making it easier than ever to shop for your supplements from anywhere. We currently only offer shipping within the Continental US. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns are accepted for unopened supplements within 30 days of the purchase date. However, please note that refrigerated items are not eligible for return due to their sensitive nature. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

When returning a product, a 5% restocking fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and ensuring that the product is in a suitable condition for resale. To initiate a return, please contact the office:

Drop Box Policy

For your convenience, we offer a drop box at our office with 24/7 availability so you can pick up your supplements even if it is after hours, over the weekend, or during holidays. Simply select "Pickup in store" during checkout.

Orders submitted Monday-Friday will be placed in the drop box within 24 hours. Orders received over the weekend will be put in the drop box on the following business day. In some cases, orders placed on Saturdays may also be placed in the drop box that same day. You will always be notified when your items are ready for pick up.
