Respir Aid was created to support the respiratory system by blending together soothing essential oils known to help you breathe easier. This calming, comforting, and invigorating blend supports the respiratory system and helps to clear up congestion that builds up throughout the day.

 

Suggested Use:

Steam Inhalation 

Pour two cups of hot water into a glass or ceramic bowl and add 5 drops of Respir-Aid. Place your head about 6 inches above the bowl and cover your head with a towel so that the sides are totally closed forming a tent over the bowl. 

Keep your eyes shut and breathe deeply through your nose (for sinus conditions) or mouth (for lung conditions) for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat several times per day until symptoms resolve.

If you feel that the treatment is getting to be too much for you, raise the towel so that fresh air is brought into the area and breathe through your mouth a couple ofttimes and then resume the treatment. Should you at any time feel uncomfortable, discontinue the treatment.

When using this treatment with children or elderly people, make are they do not burn themselves by getting too close to the bow.

I dont know if there was a delay in shipping or what but I specifically went eith this conpany because they chill their packages. Unfortunately all 3 bottles arrived very warm and I am hesitant to use them. I reached out immediately after receiving them to let you know but I never heard back.
