Avena sativa milky seed, Melissa officinalis leaf, Withania somnifera root, Crataegus monogyna leaf, flower and berry, Leonurus cardiac leaf, Rubus idaeus leaf, Foeniculum vulgar seed, Vitex agnus-castus mature berry. (2-4% ethanol).

The herbs in this formula nourish and balance reproductive, neuroendocrine and cardiovascular systems. They are calming and mood elevating, carminative and nutrient rich, supporting lactation and mother and infant bonding.
