 DIM Vitex Formula PMS  contains BioResponse DIM, a stable, bioavailable form of diindolylmethane (DIM), combined with Vitex and Green Tea Extract. BioResponse DIM®, a stable, bioavailable form of diindolylmethane (DIM), combined with Vitex standardized extract, bioactive vitamin B6, magnesium, and chromium.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, 2 capsules one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
