Each protocol lasts 2 weeks in duration. We highly recommend you do the protocol twice, back to back, for a total of 4 weeks because most intestinal microorganisms have a 4 week life cycle.

This protocol is for those who tend to be on the constipated side, have one hard or difficult bowel movement per day, or less than one bowel movement per day. We don't recommend this cleanse for people who have more than one bowel movement per day or for those with frequent or loose bowel movements throughout the day.

This cleanse is designed to eliminate candida overgrowth and small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) both of which contribute to gas and bloating. 

Signs and symptoms of Candida overgrowth include bloating, abnormal bowel movements, recurrent vaginal, prostate, or urinary tract infections, fatigue, PMS, brain fog, depression, chemical sensitivities, and skin rashes. Also consider candida overgrowth if you have taken repeated or prolonged courses of antibiotics or steroids.
