The herbs in this formula are warming anti-emetics and carminatives that act on central nervous system and enteric nervous system for relief of nausea, digestive distention, and motion sickness. Use with appropriate prenatal care. 

5-10 drops every 15 minutes as needed acutely, up to 8 doses a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
