I was starting to get upper respiratory congestion and a sore throat . The next day I purchased Liposomal Vitamin c and I took one tablespoon 3 times a day and within 3 days all my symptoms were gone. Sneezing gone , sore throat, headache and congestion gone. I believe this form of vitamin C is more effective because it crosses the cell membrane more efficiently, I help in preschool at church and am often wiping noses and washing my hands.
