Children’s Calm and Sleep is an herbal liquid blend featuring astragalus root, milky oat seed, lemon balm leaf, catnip leaf, passionflower aerial parts, skullcap aerial parts, California poppy aerial parts and flower, and ashwagandha root. This formula is alcohol-free and designed for general use as a traditional botanical blend.

Ingredients:
Astragalus membranaceus root, Avena sativa milky seed, Melissa officinalis leaf, Nepeta cataria leaf, Passiflora incarnata aerial parts, Scutellaria lateriflora aerial parts, Eschscholzia californica aerial parts and flower, Withania somnifera root. Alcohol-free.

Suggested Use:
For children ages 3 and up: 30–60 drops before bedtime, or 10–30 drops up to 4 times per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
