It seems to be a necessity to keep on hand, especially for when you feel like you are starting to come down with a virus. After taking the max recommended for a few days, I always feel better.

I was starting to get upper respiratory congestion and a sore throat . The next day I purchased Liposomal Vitamin c and I took one tablespoon 3 times a day and within 3 days all my symptoms were gone. Sneezing gone , sore throat, headache and congestion gone.
