Purpose / Uses:

• Homeopathic remedy for temporary relief of leg, calf, thigh, and arm cramps

• Can help with cramps from muscular overexertion, day or night

Active Ingredients:

• Arnica montana 9C HPUS – Relieves muscle fatigue causing or caused by cramps

• Sarcolacticum acidum 3C HPUS – Relieves pain and stiffness from muscular overexertion

• Zincum oxydatum 3C HPUS – Relieves day and night muscle cramps

Inactive Ingredients:

• Dextrose, lactose, magnesium stearate, citric acid, natural lemon flavor

Dosage:

• Adults & children 12+ years: Chew or allow 1 tablet to dissolve in the mouth at bedtime and as needed for cramps, up to 6 times/day

• Can be taken before, during, and after exercise

• Rinse mouth before sleep due to dextrose content (1.6 g per tablet)

Warnings / Precautions:

• Do not use if the tube’s plastic sleeve is broken or missing

• Consult a doctor if diabetic

• Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen

• If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional

• Keep out of reach of children
